Introduction

We are happy to announce that The Midwest Blood Club will hold its 8th Annual Symposium at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN, from Thursday, May 6th through Friday May 7th, 2010. We will be updating this site with more information on the agenda of scientific sessions and social activities.

About the Conference

Since 2003, this meeting has been organized to foster greater communication between hematology/oncology investigators within the Midwest region by creating a forum where researchers can meet and share ideas and data on stem cell biology, transplantation, cell/gene therapy, leukemogenesis, and immunotherapy. The meeting will be composed of both senior and junior investigators, with a decided focus towards students, postdoctoral/clinical fellows, and newly independent investigators serving as speakers. Both oral and poster presentations will be selected from the abstracts submitted by the April 2, 2010 deadline. A banquet will be held on Thursday night for all the participants.

If you need to speak with someone directly, please contact Linda Henson at 317-278-2807 or lshenson@iupui.edu.
